Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience. This is a strict requirement, as this role directly supports the frontline teams handling our healthcare managed services.
- Mandatory Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering. You must be able to understand technical project components natively and hold your own in engineering discussions.
- Atlassian Expertise: Mandatory experience utilizing the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation.
- Portfolio Management: Proven track record of managing large project portfolios and successfully delivering enterprise projects in a highly regulated environment.
- PMP Certification – Good to have.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Working Independently.
- Critical Thinking
