Job Description Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Testing and validation of instrumentation components and control systems of equipment in a plant or facility in accordance with design objectives or operational specifications, including operational and performance tests.
- Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline and provide advice on best practices and quality.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and policies and ensure implementation within the area of responsibility.
- Possess deep knowledge of best practices and how the field integrates with others.
- Use technical experience and data analysis expertise to support recommendations.
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risk and resource needs.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
Basic Qualifications
- For roles outside the United States, this role requires advanced experience in the function and workstation equivalent to a master's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field).
- For roles in the United States, a master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the function).
