Position Overview
Responsible for managing all engineering activities in line with project scope, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
Oversees drafting, procurement, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, standards, and authority requirements
- Manage material submittals, procurement schedules, and long-lead items
- Review and control drawings, documentation, and engineering deliverables
- Supervise drafting team and ensure timely submission of accurate drawings
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Apply value engineering and manage material take-offs
- Ensure QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning requirements are met
- Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain proper project documentation and records
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant engineering field
- Minimum 10 years of experience

- Strong MEP technical and project management skills
- Knowledge of contracts, procurement, and project planning
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery
Key Duties
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to drawings/specifications
- Manage and lead engineering and drafting teams
- Oversee subcontractors and site activities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control
- Maintain safety standards and compliance
