Role overview
Infinia Contracting seeks an experienced construction project leader to independently manage multiple luxury villa and high-end residential projects in Dubai.
The role covers project delivery from mobilization through successful handover.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, resources, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and master developers.
- Monitor progress, quality, costs, variations, and contractual obligations.
- Resolve site challenges, prevent delays, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage authority approvals, inspections, BCC, and project close-out.
- Take full accountability for project performance and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including substantial UAE experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor.
- Successful independent delivery and handover of luxury villas or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, contracts, procurement, and UAE authority procedures.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- The job description lists AED 12,000–16,000 per month in the opening details and AED 12,000–15,000 per month later in the posting.
