Full-time, on-site Senior Project Engineer role based in Dubai, UAE.
Leads technical and execution aspects of acoustic and specialty flooring projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design review, technical submittals, installation supervision, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; prepare project plans and schedules.
- Monitor progress and manage resources to meet timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, support procurement with technical specifications, and ensure standards and safety compliance.
- Optimize design solutions and maintain quality across project phases.
Core qualifications
- Strong project engineering and electrical engineering skills.
- Solid project management and planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and cost control.
- Effective communication and technical documentation skills for coordinating with project stakeholders.
Preferred and advantageous qualifications
- Experience in building services, acoustic solutions, or interior fit-out projects.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering is preferred.
- GCC experience in acoustic treatments, specialty flooring, or interior construction is highly beneficial.
- AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools, and familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations, are advantageous.
- Leading site teams, managing multiple projects, and maintaining quality and safety standards are desirable.
