Responsible for site commissioning, project engineering, technical lead, site acceptance testing, site reports, and communication point-to-point testing with electrical equipment.
Performs SCADA, PPC/MGC application testing and demonstration.
Key Responsibilities
- Power System Expert in electrical Protection and Control System with technical knowledge on Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP, IEC 60870-5-104.
- Site teamwork progress monitoring and distribution as per customer commissioning schedule.
- Develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot communication systems utilizing IP networking, UDP/TCP/IP, switching and routing, firewalls, gateways, GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G modems.
- Coordinate and execute SAT, provide validation support and customer training, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct and supervise field installation of new or retrofit equipment and prepare instructional installation documents.
- SCADA software implementation and design as per customer specification.
- Testing and troubleshooting SCADA software application and fixing it.
- Prepare, coordinate, execute factory and site acceptance tests along with commissioning of SCADA/PPC/MGC/SPM systems.
- Provide on-site customer training and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Strategic planning and analysis on short-term and long-term project commissioning.
- SCADA and PPC commissioning experience in renewable field.
- Renewable SCADA solar performance monitoring system knowledge.
Essential Requirements
- Graduate in Instrument/Electronic & Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Renewable Solar SCADA and Oil & Gas.
- Site Commissioning Knowledge.
