What you’ll bring

  • Significant contract and claims management experience, ideally gained in rail, infrastructure, construction, transport, engineering, signalling or major projects. Strong ability to read, interpret and apply complex contractual documents, including terms and conditions, planning requirements, technical specifications and project documentation. Demonstrated experience managing variations, claims, notices, correspondence, commercial procedures and contract governance. Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to understand project financials and the impact of contract and claims management on project profitability. Ability to anticipate issues, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders and operate effectively in complex project environments. Confidence working collaboratively and transversally across legal, project management, finance, engineering, planning, procurement, insurance and customer-facing teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, present confidently and communicate with precision and transparency. Why join us? This is more than a contract management role.
