Senior Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• UC Health is hiring a Senior Project Analyst for Strategy & Business Development Department.
• The Senior Project Analyst leads process improvement and quality improvement projects across UC Health. Partnering with project sponsors and cross-functional teams, this role uses Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis to turn data into clear recommendations that improve how we deliver care and work together.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads projects from start to finish: defines project scope with sponsors, plans time, staffing and budget needs, and keeps work on track using project management tools.
• Facilitates cross-functional teams, builds consensus and maintains regular communication with sponsors and stakeholders so teams reach their goals on time.
• Designs data collection methods and analyzes data using Excel, Minitab and Access to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Develops project metrics and uses benchmarking to measure outcomes and identify best practices.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma and other performance improvement tools to standardize processes and support accreditation readiness.
• Manages multiple projects at once, prioritizing and delegating with leadership, and prepares meeting documentation, reports and presentations.
• Coaches and mentors colleagues and takes part in staff development and interdepartmental initiatives.
