What You Bring
- 5-7+ years in a cross-functional, highly strategic operational roles with a track record of excellence
- A bias for action with excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to distill technical information or industry jargon in an easy-to-understand way
- Great presentation and public speaking skills
- Tech savviness and willingness to learn new software systems
- Expertise or familiarity with utilities, including energy efficiency, electrification, or demand-side management programs
Nice to Have
In-field or management experience in residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical retrofit work.
Ability to speak Spanish or other languages to support customers or partners
