Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, communications, business, accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related consulting, including hands-on program or project management.
  • Demonstrated competency in GHG emissions accounting, assurance, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of the ESG landscape and major reporting frameworks, regulations, and software.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Teams, with experience managing ESG reporting and data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, communications, business, or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or another regulated industry; CDMO experience a plus.
  • Experience with product carbon footprinting standards and methodologies.
