Senior Program Manager - HR

Qualifications:

• · Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• · 8-12+ years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRIS, or Business Intelligence
• Skill Set & Experience Background:
• · Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and HR data visualization
• · Experience with Workday reporting, workforce analytics, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and executive dashboard development
• · Demonstrated ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
• · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills
