Role Description
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives across MINERIA LED E ACESSÓRIOS LTDA - TYRI LIGHTS.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, developing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
The Senior Program Manager will manage risks and dependencies, prepare status reports for leadership, and ensure that projects align with business goals and quality standards.
The role also involves stakeholder communication, process improvement, and supporting change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated program and project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and operations teams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preferably in manufacturing, industrial lighting, or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and operate effectively in a hybrid work environment in Dubai.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methods (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, status reporting; familiarity with Agile or PMI methodologies is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments and comfort with English as a working language; additional languages are beneficial.
