We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects and business initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering strategic initiatives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within a program portfolio.
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and change management activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and documentation standards.
- Drive process improvements and program management best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor project managers and support team development initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational transformation, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing large-scale programs and strategic initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, and project delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
