About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Senior Program Manager
to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs that drive business growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful program delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale strategic programs.
- Define program objectives, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Monitor program performance and prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
- Ensure effective resource planning and budget management.
- Facilitate communication, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor project managers and support team development.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project and program management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex initiatives.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise-level or digital transformation programs is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
