About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic
Senior Program Manager
to lead complex programs, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver business-critical projects successfully 😊
In this role, you’ll oversee large-scale programs from planning through execution, manage stakeholder relationships, optimize resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic programs and complex projects from initiation to completion 📊
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Monitor program performance, risks, budgets, and delivery milestones
- Identify challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure successful delivery of business objectives and program outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives and strategic programs
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar are highly desirable ⭐
- Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms is an advantage
