The Senior Program Manager – Aerospace Programs leads execution of existing aerospace programs and supports the pursuit of strategic aerospace opportunities.

What you’ll do
- Lead aerospace programs from opportunity through execution and deliver customer commitments, business objectives, and cross-functional priorities.
- Develop integrated program roadmaps, priorities, milestones, budgets, revenue forecasts, and resource forecasts.
- Set program objectives, priorities, decision rights, accountability, and operating cadence.
- Maintain accountability across projects for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, opportunities, changes, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor performance and financial results, maintain forecasts and dashboards, and lead reviews and corrective actions.
- Chair governance reviews, drive decisions and escalation, and follow through on actions and commitments.
- Serve as primary program interface for customers and key stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Align teams and resources and address constraints and dependencies affecting delivery.
- Support contract development and negotiation, compliance, and identification of growth, funding, and margin opportunities.
- Coach program and project leaders and improve program-management processes, tools, templates, and business-system practices.
- Help identify, pursue, and secure strategic aerospace opportunities.
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline and 10+ years of demonstrated aerospace program-management experience.
- Excellent oral and written English; French fluency is an asset.
- Eligible to obtain NATO-level security clearance.
- PMP designation is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with aerospace OEM customers.
- Able to travel approximately 25% within Canada and internationally as required.
- Relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, strategic thinking, organization, planning, coordination, and communication capabilities.
- Able to work in a complex aerospace environment and translate technical information into actionable business insights.
Compensation and rewards
- The stated salary range is CAD 120,000–160,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and fit; no pay cadence is specified.
