Nabat is a climate-tech startup based in the UAE using advanced technology to protect and restore natural ecosystems with precision and scale! We operate at the intersection of ecological & environmental sciences, GIS, AI, and robotics. Our mission is to enable data-driven, science-backed ecosystem management and restoration at the speed and scale necessary to address the critical challenges of climate change, deforestation, land erosion, and biodiversity loss. Our comprehensive solution - consisting of ecosystem management software, precision aerial seeding drones, AI & ecological models, and restoration services - is already being used to plant millions of mangroves in the UAE. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and external partnerships. In this critical role, you will shape Nabat’s strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster impactful collaborations. This role combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and partnership building to advance Nabat’s mission.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of Nabat’s strategic plan, aligning initiatives with company goals and industry trends.
• Cross-functional alignment: Act as a Principal-level consultant, leading company-level programs, committees, and OKRs, providing expert guidance and recommendations to optimize performance.
• External Partnerships: Lead and manage complex external partnerships, collaborating closely with the Product team and other internal stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and execute strategic alliances that drive growth and innovation.
• Collaborative problem-solving: Work effectively across departments, building consensus and driving alignment to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Executive Engagement & reporting: Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic updates, recommendations, and insights on strategic programs and functions’ performance.
• Operational excellence: Lead and implement tools, processes and governance to foster strategic alignment and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Currently working at a leading global strategy consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Roland Berger, or Kearney).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program management, and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recommendations in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
• Experience in partnership development, including structuring, negotiating, and executing strategic alliances.
• Established presence in the UAE or KSA, with strong understanding of the regional business landscape.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
