Nous sommes à un moment charnière de lhistoire de Tenacy.
Le produit est solide, la base clients grandit, mais il nous manque une pièce maîtresse : quelquun capable de transformer notre valeur produit en narratif marché percutant.
Cest le rôle que nous créons.
Ta mission :
co-construire la stratégie produit en apportant un éclairage Product Marketing (positionnement, proposition de valeur, messaging) pour que toute lentreprise parle du produit avec la même conviction et la même clarté.
Ce Que Tu Feras Concrètement
- Positionnement & proposition de valeur : formaliser le positionnement de Tenacy par persona et par segment. LICP est en cours de clarification, tu contribueras donc activement à cette décision.
- Messaging & go-to-market : construire les messaging frameworks qui alimenteront toute la machine commerciale : pitchs, argumentaires, angles de communication. Définir la stratégie go-to-market des releases majeures.
- Intelligence marché & relations analystes : structurer la veille concurrentielle. Positionner Tenacy auprès des analystes (Gartner, Forrester). Piloter les dossiers dinnovation (BPI, labels).

Expérience
: 5-8 ans en Product Marketing, dont au moins 3 ans en B2B SaaS.
Tu as déjà construit un positionnement de A à Z, pas juste exécuté un plan défini par quelquun dautre.
Compétences Clés
- Maîtrise des frameworks de positionnement et messaging (tu sais ce quest un Positioning Canvas, tu en as déjà utilisé)
- Expérience en win/loss analysis et exploitation des insights terrain
- Aisance rédactionnelle en français et en anglais
Ce Qui Fera La Différence
- Connaissance du marché cybersécurité, GRC ou compliance
- Expérience des relations analystes (Gartner, Forrester)
- Passage dans une scale-up en phase de structuration GTM
- Capacité démontrée à travailler en binôme avec le Produit ET le Revenue

- Forte autonomie : ce rôle implique de construire le cadre tout en assurant l’exécution
- Confort dans lambiguïté : lICP évolue, les process se mettent en place, tu dois avancer sans attendre que tout soit parfait
- Esprit de collaboration : tu sais naviguer entre Product et Sales sans prendre parti
