Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Strategy and delivery

• Own product strategy and execution; refine direction using customer insight, data, technical constraints, and AI capabilities.
• Create multi-quarter roadmaps, investment trade-offs, and success metrics; align product, engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead discovery and delivery with AI-enabled workflows and partner with engineering and data science to deliver AI-powered experiences.
• Manage one or more squads and cross-team initiatives from discovery through general availability; balance innovation, quality, scalability, and technical debt.
• Define clear requirements, coordinate testing, and validate product quality after launch.

Customers and team impact

• Engage enterprise customers to validate problems, test solutions, understand workflows, and refine value propositions.
• Monitor market and competitive signals, digital accessibility standards, and regulatory trends.
• Mentor and influence product managers; communicate decisions, trade-offs, and risks to senior stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience with demonstrated success at Senior PM level.
• Experience owning strategy and execution for complex platform or SaaS products and delivering outcomes across multiple squads or large product areas.
• Technical fluency, including working knowledge of modern web technologies and system architecture.
• Experience contributing to or shipping AI-enabled or data-driven product features.
• Data literacy in success metrics, experimentation, and business outcomes; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AI-enabled product discovery and delivery or products for enterprise, developer, or technically sophisticated users.
• Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and conformance workflows.
• Background in software engineering, QA automation, or data-oriented roles; remediation, compliance, or continuous-improvement tools; accessibility regulations; or inclusive design.

Compensation

• Full-time position with annual base salary ranges stated as USD CAD 121,000–160,000 for US employees and CAD CAD 105,000–176,000 for Canadian employees; the source currency labels are inconsistent.
• Eligible for a KPI incentive plan; compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
