Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans

About the role

What you will do

• Define lending products across Saudi Arabia and other markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structures, and edge cases.
• Own revenue, costs, profit rates, pricing, business cases, and monthly performance explanations.
• Work with legal, compliance, and external partners while maintaining a good customer experience.
• Specify billing, repayment, early settlement, late fee, and collections hand-off logic with engineering.
• Set 12- and 24-month strategy, customer segments, future product priorities, and deliberate non-priorities.

What you will need

• Saudi Arabia residency, market familiarity, and understanding of local culture.
• At least 3 years of Product Manager experience.
• Credit or lending experience is most relevant; strong fintech or technology product experience is also acceptable.
• Proven record managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
• Comfort working with risk, compliance, and legal teams to secure product approval.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
