Senior Product Manager - Okta Device Access

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Windows product roadmap and own the migration story from Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Guide the end-to-end Okta-joined device experience, including enrollment, provisioning, passwordless flows, and integrations.
• Work with engineering, design, and research to specify user stories, use cases, features, user experience, and technical requirements.
• Research customers, analyze product data, prioritize improvements, and drive product adoption and success.
• Communicate product strategy, lead a scrum team, and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Monitor trends and competitors, serve as a product-area expert, and enable partner teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing to communicate product differentiation.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience; Enterprise SaaS or IaaS experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Domain- or Entra-joined Windows concepts.
• Technical degree such as a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a technical degree supporting technical design decisions.
• Experience creating phased roadmaps for complex projects and delivering products with demonstrated business results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Functional leadership experience, an MBA, or equivalent experience.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with Okta Device Access, Okta Verify, and Access Management.
• Practical knowledge of device joining, passwordless device authentication, and MDM profiles and policies.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune or Omnissa and the device access management competitive landscape.
