What you will do

• Cascade and implement marketing strategy for the given territory, collaborating with the team to ensure alignment and impact.
• Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements
• Collect and share Voice of Customer and Voice of Commercial Team data.
• Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and product feedback to inform business decisions.
• Develop knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive alternatives to respond promptly to field requests.
• Support commercial teams with presentations, proposals, and product guides.
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
• Identify priorities for marketing initiatives and evaluate whether business goals meet SMARTI criteria. Recommend alternative product or portfolio definitions when appropriate.
• Hold self-accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
• Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders

What You Will Need

• ***Required:***
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of marketing or sales experience in medical device industry experience required.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Proficiency in English

Preferred

• Experience in Neurovascular , or related fields is highly desirable
• MBA preferred
• Knowledge of regional customers and market trends
• Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
