Our Diligent One Platform gives practitioners, the C-Suite, and the board a consolidated view of their entire GRC practice, so they can manage risk, build resilience, and make better decisions, faster.

We pioneered the modern governance movement and we are now leading its AI transformation. Curiosity is in our DNA. We look for people who ask the big questions, experiment fearlessly, and see change as opportunity.

The Opportunity

As Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk, you will set the strategic direction for one of Diligent's most critical and fastest-growing product areas - defining how AI reshapes the way organisations identify, assess, and act on IT and cyber risk.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for IT & Cyber Risk on the Diligent One Platform. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership to build products that give CISOs, risk managers, and boards the clarity they need when it matters most. This role carries real strategic weight and high executive visibility.

Strategic Focus

▸ Own and evolve the IT & Cyber Risk product vision

▸ Define how LLMs surface cyber insights for boards

▸ Influence roadmap across the Diligent One Platform

▸ Partner with engineering on AI model integration

▸ Lead market and competitor intelligence

▸ Translate AI capability into measurable user value

▸ Drive OKRs and north star metrics with leadership

▸ Evaluate emerging AI tools for risk workflows

▸ Build business cases for strategic investment

Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch across web, mobile, and API surfaces

Maintain a prioritised, clearly articulated backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria

Partner with engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Be the authoritative voice of the customer: conducting regular research, interviews, and advisory sessions with CISOs, risk managers, and IT leaders

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market execution

Communicate product direction clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders at all levels

Experience & Domain

7+ years in product management, with significant SaaS experience in recent years

Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security — you've worked closely with CISOs, security teams, or risk functions

Proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end

Experience working in or alongside GRC, compliance, or enterprise risk environments (highly desirable)

AI & Technical Acumen

Demonstrated experience building or shaping AI-powered product features: you understand how LLMs, agents, and ML models work in practice
