Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Role Overview

What You'll Own

• Prioritize the integration portfolio by system coverage, depth, and sequencing.
• Build platform tooling, frameworks, and patterns to ship integrations faster and enable customer extensions.
• Make integration depth-versus-breadth decisions, including read-only versus read/write capabilities.
• Translate enterprise customer stack requirements into product requirements for engineering.
• Define, test, and safely scale agent actions within customer systems.
• Set partner ecosystem strategy, including partnerships and marketplace listings.
• Work with GTM on enterprise wins and customer success on product improvements.

Who You Are

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
• Experience building and shipping integration products.
• Experience with several CRM, ticketing, knowledge base, commerce, or identity systems.
• Fluency in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and failure modes.
• Experience in startup and scaled environments and judgment on when to build, buy, or partner.
• Ability to turn messy customer conversations into PRDs.
• Strong product judgment and communication across technical and enterprise audiences.
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and agent-driven integrations.

Location

• Hybrid role in Boston, San Francisco, or New York.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $175,000 to $225,000 annually.
• Bonus, comprehensive benefits, and equity are included.
