Senior Product Manager II, Developer ecosystem MCP (Remote from UK)

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Own MCP adoption strategy, roadmap priorities, activation, and adoption pathways using usage and persona evidence.
• Represent CLI power users, agent builders, and tool-calling developers in product and engineering decisions.
• Run customer pilots and proof of concepts and turn engagements into showcases, reference stories, and adoption plays.
• Build demos, playbooks, documentation, and enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
• Document MCP tools, agents, and integration patterns for customers and internal teams.
• Partner with the MCP engineering lead on product shaping, launch planning, and post-launch adoption.
• Bring customer use cases, research findings, and adoption data into engineering discussions.
• Coordinate tool coverage and capability gaps across teams and align with Smart Assist on customer experience.
• Define success metrics, instrument capabilities, and use post-launch data to guide iteration.
• Drive alignment across research, go-to-market, customer success, security, and platform teams.
• Represent MCP in leadership reviews and customer-facing conversations and contribute to monetization decisions.

Required Experience

• 7 or more years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B software.
• Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, CLI tooling, and developer-facing AI or agent platforms.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate enterprise needs into validated product decisions.
• Track record of driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product.
• Experience with field enablement, storytelling, customer pilots, and proof-of-concept programs.
• Data-driven approach to adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics.
• Ability to navigate technically complex platform problems and make prioritization decisions across teams.
• Ability to align engineering, design, go-to-market, customer success, and security stakeholders.
• Technical fluency for architecture discussions with engineers and power users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership, external, and enterprise customer settings.

Preferred Skills

• Strong familiarity with Model Context Protocol is preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise deployment complexity, regulated industries, or administrative governance is a plus.

Workplace

• The role is remote from the UK and supports teleworking from a registered UK location.
