BioRender is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Growth team to increase adoption and engagement across its product portfolio.
Growth focuses on helping scientists discover and adopt AI and graphing capabilities, improving the self-serve experience, and advancing activation, retention, and revenue.
The role partners with engineering, design, data science, and product leadership to identify opportunities and deliver measurable product improvements.
Growth and product delivery
- Use product data, user research, and experiments to identify and prioritize ways to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Develop and test ways to help users discover and adopt AI-powered figure creation and scientific graphing.
- Own experiments from hypotheses and success metrics through launch, analysis, and recommendations to ship, iterate, or stop.
- Improve onboarding, product discovery, and conversion so self-serve users reach value faster and adopt more of BioRender.
- Drive improvements to product usage, self-serve revenue, and qualified enterprise lead generation.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and other teams to align priorities and deliver initiatives.
- Define requirements with engineers and designers, prioritize work, manage scope and trade-offs, and lead initiatives from concept to launch.
- Contribute ideas to the Growth roadmap, size opportunities, and inform investment decisions with data and product judgment.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, including growth through product improvements, ideally in SaaS or a product-led business.
- Track record of shipping product improvements with measurable impact on adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, or revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience analyzing product data and user behavior.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and turn them into actionable plans.
- Strong execution skills and experience working directly with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products, usage-based pricing, or credit-based monetization is a plus.
- Life sciences background or experience building products for scientists and researchers is a plus.
