Who you are
Experience - 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments. 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management is a must.
Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
Customer centric: You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers.
Product - PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact. Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking.
Leadership - demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams. Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Communication - a clear, compelling communicator who is comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
Mindset - entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.
