Senior Product Manager

Employment:** Full-time, UAE contract
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner for a digital banking platform built from scratch for a UAE bank.
You will own a core product domain (accounts, onboarding/KYC, or payments) and work closely with product leadership and C-level stakeholders.
This role combines product ownership and hands-on involvement in delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own a product domain end-to-end
- Define roadmap and priorities
- Identify friction points and growth opportunities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics
- Manage stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations)
- Track and improve product metrics (conversion, activation, usage)
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management / product ownership
- 3+ years of experience in digital banks
- Experience with core banking flows (onboarding, accounts, payments)
- Experience in digital products (mobile or web)
- Strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven decisions
- Nice to have
- UAE banking experience
- Business/corporate banking experience
- 0→1 product experience
- Exposure to revenue or unit economics
