About The Role
- This is a product ownership role with real impact.
- You will own a product domain end-to-end and work closely with product leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- The role combines ownership of product decisions and hands-on involvement in delivery.
- What we are looking for
- We are looking for someone who:
- understands how SME / business clients use banking products
- can identify friction points in onboarding and usage
- works with data and product metrics
- At the same time, you are comfortable going into product details and working closely with teams during delivery.
- What you’ll own
- A core product domain (accounts / onboarding / payments)
- Product roadmap and prioritization
- End-to-end flow: discovery → delivery → results
- Product metrics and their improvement
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product roadmap
- Identify growth opportunities and friction points
- Work closely with design, engineering, and analytics
- Contribute to delivery and solution shaping
- Manage stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations)
- Track and improve:
- onboarding conversion
- activation
- usage / retention
- Required experience
- 6+ years in product management / product ownership
- 3+ years in:
- SME / business banking
- or corporate banking (with digital exposure)
- Experience working on core banking flows
- Experience in digital products (mobile or web)
Must-Have
- SME / business clients understanding
- Onboarding / KYC flows
- Payments (local and international)
- Business / current accounts
- Data-driven decision making
- Nice to have
- UAE banking or fintech experience
- Experience in digital-first banks (e.g. Wio)
- 0→1 product experience
- Exposure to revenue or unit economics
- Not a fit if
- Pure delivery role without product ownership
- No examples of impact on product metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
