Role Description
The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical maintenance solutions and services, from discovery and definition to launch and continuous improvement.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and clients to translate technical expertise into scalable, market-ready offerings.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and aligning product initiatives with EME’s strategic goals.
The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design features, plan releases, and ensure high-quality delivery.
The role also involves analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to refine products, optimize value, and support training or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in product management, including roadmap development, requirements definition, and product lifecycle ownership.
- Background in electrical engineering, industrial systems, or related technical fields, with familiarity across HV, MV, and LV environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for different audiences.
- Experience in service design, technical documentation, or training content related to maintenance, reliability, or industrial systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai on a part-time basis and adapt to a knowledge-sharing, high-expertise environment.
