Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role based in Dubai.
The Senior Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key products and services associated with the travel trade show, from ideation and market discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners, defining clear product roadmaps, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and technology.
The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and attendee feedback to refine features and enhance the overall event and digital product experience.
The Senior Product Manager will also monitor product performance metrics, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all product initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals in the travel and tourism sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably at a senior level, with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Strong background in market research, user discovery, and data-driven decision-making to shape product features and priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, technology) to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder products or events.
- Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or events industry, ideally within trade shows, exhibitions, or large-scale B2B platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives around product goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Comfort with product analytics tools and KPIs to monitor product performance and inform ongoing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with international partners and culturally diverse teams.
