We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our CRM and customer data ecosystem, creating a single source of truth across the busines

s.As the organisation continues to scale, different teams have adopted their own tools, processes, and customer data structures.

Your role

will be to unify these systems, improve data quality, and ensure customer information is managed consistently across the organisatio

n.Working closely with technology, data, and business stakeholders, you will drive CRM strategy, platform optimisation, and customer data initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer visibilit

y.
