Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering and Design to build strong platform products.
• Partner with stakeholders on new requirements and keep teams informed about ongoing work.
• Own product metrics and ensure the reliability of the product.
• Operate in a dedicated cross-functional pod with Engineering and Design.
• Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, Customer Support, and consumer product teams.

Product Leadership

• Build long-term strategy for the product vertical and drive key projects independently from end to end.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments.
• Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional partners, adapting messages to the audience.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through without relying on a predefined playbook.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed and resourcefulness matter.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building platform products.
• Ability to build long-term product strategy and independently drive projects end to end.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments.
• Clear executive and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proactive ownership and follow-through in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech experience or familiarity with identity and access management and authentication standards.
