About the Role

Platform Vision and Data Foundations

• Lead the platform vision and roadmap for transforming operational and product data into reusable context for analytics, dashboards, APIs, workflows, and Computer.
• Set strategy for data modeling, query experiences, freshness, governance, and activation.
• Own data foundations that preserve source-of-record fidelity and support discovery, understanding, and confident use of data.
• Define lineage, permissions, access controls, quality signals, and semantic definitions.

Data Lifecycle and AI Experiences

• Guide the lifecycle from source systems and event capture through change data capture, durable query representations, and governed serving layers.
• Ensure support for real-time and historical workloads without reliance on a single data store or query engine.
• Partner with the AI platform on grounded context retrieval, analysis, visualizations, approved actions, permissions, guardrails, and auditability.
• Shape embedded and interactive query experiences, including use of DuckDB where appropriate.
• Serve technical and non-technical personas with composable capabilities and ready-to-use workflows.

Developer Experience and Interoperability

• Prioritize intuitive APIs, SDKs, documentation, modular primitives, observability, extensibility, and production paths.
• Ensure interoperability with DevRev product data, customer records, connected systems, applications, workflows, and AI agents.
• Establish shared data contracts and platform capabilities supporting complete customer and product understanding.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of product management or complementary experience building data, developer, analytics, AI, or infrastructure products.
• Experience with data ingestion, modeling, quality, governance, querying, and downstream activation.
• Strong knowledge of source systems, event streams, change data capture, lakehouse storage, query engines, and serving layers.
• Familiarity with embedded and in-process analytics such as DuckDB.
• Practical knowledge of grounded retrieval, natural-language querying, Text-to-SQL, evaluation, permissions, and safe action execution.
• Ability to design for technical and non-technical users while maintaining trust, usability, and extensibility.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, AI/ML, security, and GTM to ship scalable platform products.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous technical environments and ability to turn architecture into customer value and adoption measures.
