Senior Product Manager
Role Overview
The Middle Mile Supply and Routing Optimization team builds software to optimize package transportation time and cost across vendors, warehouses, and carriers.
The product manager drives technology features for supply procurement optimization and owns efficiency metrics related to capacity, expansion, and P&L.
The role works with product and program managers, research scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders.

The Middle Mile Supply and Routing Optimization team builds software to optimize package transportation time and cost across vendors, warehouses, and carriers.
The product manager drives technology features for supply procurement optimization and owns efficiency metrics related to capacity, expansion, and P&L.
The role works with product and program managers, research scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support truck-routing products to drive efficiency.
- Own requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Collaborate across operations, technology, and planning to define strategic roadmaps while considering stakeholder impact.
- Create data-driven transportation network improvements and customer products.
- Design feedback mechanisms for process performance and cost improvement.
- Perform data-driven deep dives and root-cause analysis to create sustainable solutions.
- Monitor node KPIs and assess risks to customer experience and technology utilization.
- Review weekly metrics, conduct deep dives, create strategy documents, business requirements, and launch plans, and contribute to monthly VP business reviews.
- Measure system performance, quantify improvement opportunities, investigate algorithm performance, and communicate insights.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and product tradeoffs.
- Experience as a product manager or owner and experience owning technology products.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
