a Senior Product Manag
er with strong experience i
n fintech, regtech, payments, or cryp
to to lead the development, governance, and execution of mission-critical financial technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle (SDLC), coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of complex solutions—many of which involve vendor-driven components.

Key Responsibiliti
es:As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with CBUAE stakeholders, project management team, and external vendors to define priorities, requirements, and milestones, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with both client needs and organizational strategy.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, govern vendor contributions, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards, while driving innovation in line with fintech and payment industry best practic
es.

- onalTranslate business and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stor
- ies.Own and govern the product roadmap, ensuring delivery against defined timelines and K
- PIs.Manage and validate vendor contributions, ensuring alignment with Takamul’s long-term product strat
- egy.Monitor and drive progress across multiple teams and projects to ensure timely product deliv
- ery.Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance in partnership with QA engineers and project manag
- ers.Drive continuous improvement in product design, usability, compliance, and customer experie
- nce.Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (financial, payment, and data security standar
- ds).Lead transition planning as products move from vendor-led builds to in-house owned
- IP.Develop dashboards, reports, and insights on product performance and adopt
- ion.Act as the subject matter expert for fintech, regtech, payment, and crypto-related product strateg
- ies.
Requirem
- ents:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related f
- ield.8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in fintech, regtech, payment systems, or crypto solut
- ions.Proven experience managing the product SDLC, including roadmap ownership, vendor management, and delivery govern
- ance.Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory compliance, payments infrastructure, and emerging crypto/CBDC ecosys
- tems.Demonstrated success in managing vendor-driven projects and ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery against timel
- ines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage with senior government, regulatory, and financial cli
- ents.Analytical mindset with the ability to balance business strategy with technical feasibi
- lity.
