What Good Care Looks Like
Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
Build The Next Generation Of Medication Management Technology
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help shape and build the next generation of Clarest Path—our medication management software designed to help care teams drive better outcomes for patients. You'll own meaningful product areas from discovery through launch, working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success, and our customers to turn complex problems into simple, scalable software.
This is a hands-on product role with real ownership. You'll help define what we build, why we're building it, and how we bring it to life. You'll lead discovery, develop product strategy, write requirements and PRDs, prioritize the roadmap, partner closely with Engineering, and drive products and capabilities through launch and adoption.
We're looking for a Product Manager who enjoys building, not just maintaining. You don't need to have built an entire platform from scratch, but you should have experience taking a new product or significant product capability from an idea or ambiguous problem through development and launch—and be excited to do more of that here.
This is an opportunity to join a startup-like product environment within a growing healthcare organization, where you can run with ideas, make meaningful decisions, and help shape a product with significant room to grow.
What You’ll Do
You'll help shape, build, and scale the next generation of Clarest Path—turning complex healthcare and medication management challenges into products that are useful, scalable, and designed around the people who use them.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, defining the problem, shaping the solution, partnering with Engineering and Design, and driving delivery through adoption.
• Lead discovery with users, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, pain points, and opportunities—and translate those insights into clear product direction.
• Develop product strategy and roadmap priorities by balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and available resources.
• Write clear product requirements and PRDs, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and help Engineering understand both the what and the why behind the work.
• Build new software and product capabilities, with a strong focus on net-new experiences and expanding the capabilities of Clarest Path.
• Help shape the evolution of Path from its current capabilities toward a broader, scalable software platform—including opportunities across patient, provider, client, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design throughout discovery, development, testing, and launch.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release planning while helping the team make thoughtful tradeoffs around scope, timing, and technical complexity.
• Use product judgment and data to make decisions, rather than simply responding to the loudest request.
• Combine quantitative product metrics with qualitative customer and user feedback to evaluate opportunities, measure adoption, identify gaps, and determine what should happen next.
• Build strong relationships across the organization, bringing together Engineering, Clinical, Client Success, commercial teams, and other stakeholders around a shared product direction.
• Communicate decisions clearly, surface risks early, and influence without relying on formal authority.
• Identify opportunities to make the product more scalable and valuable, including opportunities to expand Path into new client and user segments and potentially support a broader licensed SaaS offering.
• Look beyond individual feature requests to understand the underlying problem and determine how we can build solutions that work across users, clients, and workflows.
• Stay curious about emerging technology and AI, identifying where AI-enabled capabilities can create meaningful product value while maintaining appropriate human and clinical judgment.
• Take ownership. You'll have significant autonomy and are expected to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, make decisions, and move work forward—while knowing when to pull others in, raise a red flag, or ask for input.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of owning software products or significant product capabilities.
• Experience taking products or capabilities from discovery through launch, including defining the problem, developing requirements, partnering with Engineering, and driving delivery.
• Experience building new software products or significant new product capabilities, rather than primarily maintaining or enhancing mature products.
• Strong product strategy and judgment, with the ability to form a point of view, prioritize opportunities, and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and clearly communicate product decisions, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in an environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and significant ownership.
• Technical product fluency—comfortable partnering with Engineering, understanding technical concepts and tradeoffs, and translating product needs into clear requirements.
• Curiosity and practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can be incorporated into meaningful product experiences.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Healthcare technology, healthcare services, pharmacy technology, or experience working in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience with SaaS, platform, multi-tenant, or enterprise software products, particularly products used by external customers or multiple user groups.
• Experience building products or capabilities for clinical, pharmacy, medication management, patient, provider, or other healthcare workflows.
• Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM), medication adherence, Medicare Advantage quality programs, Stars, HEDIS, care management, patient outreach, or clinical call center workflows.
• Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities or determining where AI can appropriately solve a user or business problem.
• Experience taking a product into new customer segments, markets, or use cases, including expanding an existing platform into a broader SaaS offering.
You’ll Be Successful If You Have
• A builder’s mindset. You’re energized by creating something new, comfortable starting with ambiguity, and willing to get into the details to turn an idea into a real product.
• Strong product judgment. You can separate the problem from the requested solution, ask the right questions, weigh tradeoffs, and make thoughtful decisions about what to build—and what not to build.
• Ownership and initiative. You don’t wait for someone else to define the next step. You can independently move work forward, recognize when something needs attention, and know when to bring others in.
• Curiosity about users. You genuinely want to understand how people work, what makes their jobs easier or harder, and what they actually need before jumping to a solution.
• The ability to influence without authority. You can bring Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success, and other stakeholders together around a shared direction—even when priorities or perspectives differ.
• Strong opinions without ego. You’re comfortable advocating for your perspective, challenging assumptions, and changing your mind when the data, users, or team point you in a different direction.
• An organized, hands-on approach. You can move between strategy and execution—thinking about the big picture one moment and digging into a PRD, backlog, workflow, or product decision the next.
• A genuine interest in building products that matter. You’re excited by the opportunity to shape Clarest Path, solve meaningful healthcare problems, and help turn a growing product into something that can scale.
