Company and product context

Flexiti is part of Questrade Financial Group and provides point-of-sale financing through the FlexitiCard and Flexiti Network.

The business serves cardholders and retail partners, so product decisions must account for both customer groups.

Role overview

The Senior Product Manager oversees a product entity or high-impact product areas and reports to the Group Product Manager.

The role leads complex cross-entity initiatives and aligns architecture, specifications, and releases with long-term business goals.

The position has no direct reports and partners with Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Associate Product Managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead specifications for large initiatives across product areas and resolve dependencies and logic gaps.
  • Influence architecture, lead multi-squad delivery, manage trade-offs, mitigate risk, and remove blockers.
  • Set standards for quality, user experience, design, accessibility, and operational excellence.
  • Use data and financial judgment for decisions, funding models, budgets, and business cases.
  • Set an aligned long-term vision and roadmap; influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Mentor colleagues, establish best practices, and improve product delivery practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative, engineering, or business field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive product management experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role managing complex product domains.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams and managing technical and architectural dependencies across multiple agile teams.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, or healthtech.

Additional experience

  • Experience in consumer lending, BNPL, point-of-sale financing, payments, credit decisioning, retail finance, or merchant-facing B2B tooling is an advantage.

Work arrangement

  • The posting describes a hybrid workplace with at least 3 days in the office.
  • The role is based in the GTA.

Compensation

  • Base salary range is CAD 110,000–150,000; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
  • The compensation package includes benefits and an incentive bonus program for full-time permanent roles.
