Senior Product Manager

Overview

• This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, define roadmaps, and prioritise development efforts.
• Should serve as the execution engine for our fast-growing healthcare startup.
• In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between visionary leadership and engineering execution, translating ambitious product ideas into structured, scalable, and high-impact digital solutions.
• Translate high-level strategic concepts from the Founder/CEO into detailed, actionable technical requirements and milestones.
• Comfortable working in a lean startup environment with high ownership and hands-on execution responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and external partners
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Drive agile project planning, sprint execution, and reporting
• Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Help scale internal workflows as the company grows
