The Senior Product Manager leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Prioritize backlogs and ensure timely delivery of high-impact releases.
- Analyze product performance and gather customer and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Refine the product to improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Define success metrics, guide experiments, and champion a user-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated product management experience for SaaS or B2B software, including ownership of roadmap, backlog, and feature delivery.
- Strong market research, user research, and data analysis skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams; familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development.
- Ability to define and track KPIs, conduct A/B tests or experiments, and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with a proactive, adaptable, ownership-driven mindset in a remote setting.
Preferred domain background
- Background in inventory management, e-commerce, automotive, or related domains is a plus.
