Senior Product Engineer

We're the largest EdTech in MENA and currently at the pre-IPO stage. Our ambition is to be the largest school operator in the Middle East by next year. We've taught over 20 million students across five countries — and we're now reinventing the school itself. Through Noon Tracks, we run hybrid micro-schools inside partner and government schools, where a master teacher is streamed live across up to 20 classrooms at once, backed by an on-site supervisor and an AI co-pilot that personalises every lesson. This is a Senior Software Engineer, Riyadh-based role. We are developing a product used by thousands of students every day. As a Software Engineer, You’ll be shipping working systems that people rely on every single day. You'll use AI as a power tool alongside strong product engineering skills to build internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of code, from design to delivery and observability.

Promote best practices, always striving for incremental improvements.

Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.

Reduce complexity and toil by identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.

Be a team player.

Build and ship products end to end.

Work directly with the PMs and designers: Short loops, fast releases.

What We're Looking For

Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or similar languages.

Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems.

Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).

You’re eager to learn and adopt new tools and ways of working.

You don't wait to be told. You find the problem, propose the solution, and drive it.

Work AI-native: You've used AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, etc.) to move 5x faster and ship real products.

Bonus points:

Experience building highly scalable backend web services.

Cloud technologies such as AWS.
