Delivery Domain:

Business Platforms Cards Product Engineer responsible for supporting Cards Platform projects, enhancements, and BAU demands. The role includes requirement analysis, coordination with business and technology teams, system integration, testing support, release activities, and production support. The engineer will ensure smooth delivery of cards initiatives, manage incidents and defects, support Agile squads, and maintain platform stability while improving cards services and payment solutions.

Education

• Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Payment Applications (Core, Switch, certificates and HSM Keys will be addon)

• Must have good experience in microservices architecture.

• Must have good experience of handling multiple projects.

• Must have experience in implementing End to End solution (from analysis to production movement).

• Must have good experience in API integration and multilayered architectures.

Technical Skills

• Should have experience in using Postman, Soap, selenium, Junit, devOps tools.

• Excellent understanding on solution architecture, solution designs.

• Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation.

• Experience in building the HLD, FSD and drafting the whole project architecture.

• Working knowledge of industry payment related protocols including iso8583, iso9564, PIN encryptions, VISA and Master Card protocol.

• Experience in implementation of VISA and Master Card APIs.

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.

• Experience in Agile methodology and other development life cycles.

• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.

• Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system.

• Hands-on experience in change release process.

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.

• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.

• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.
