What you will do

• Develop innovative design solutions and product experiences that transform how people work.
• Drive user experiences from concept to delivery using an in-depth understanding of user needs and design principles.
• Work with a cross-functional team, champion design approaches, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and provide input to colleagues.
• Coach and mentor team members and grow leadership skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant design experience is preferred.
• A portfolio of end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data is preferred.
• Strong design-tool experience creating high-fidelity solutions and specifications that support consistency, usability, and accessibility is preferred.
• A growth mindset and clear, open communication are preferred.
• Experience in the full product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications is preferred.
• Experience in UX design or corporate, software, web, or agency work is preferred.
