Role overview

The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for important customer features and experiences.

The role requires independent customer understanding, AI-assisted exploration and prototyping, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

The designer will turn ambiguous problems into clear, validated, production-ready designs.

What the role owns

Conduct independent user research and work from customer needs rather than predefined specifications.
Validate concepts through iterative user feedback throughout the design process.
Use AI tools to generate concept variations and rapidly build low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
Design features and workflows, simplify complex multi-step problems, and apply and extend the design system.
Partner with cross-functional teams and use reviews and critique to refine design artifacts.

Experience requirements

6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design is required.
Experience delivering design solutions for projects of significant scope and complexity is required.
Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise applications is required.
Experience with technical constraints and engineering partnerships is required.
Autonomous project ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity are required.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research is required.
A strong portfolio with independent research, concepting, end-to-end problem solving, and measurable-impact case studies is required.
Experience designing AI-powered, agentic, or intelligent-automation products is strongly preferred.

Skills and capabilities

Strong foundations in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design are required.
The role requires simplifying complex processes into intuitive, elegant user interfaces.
The role requires customer research, prototyping, data-informed design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
