Role overview

Senior Product Analyst defining the analytical strategy for clinician engagement with the VisualDx platform.

Hands-on hybrid role combining quantitative analysis and direct clinician contact to guide product direction and growth.

Core responsibilities

  • Define product KPIs and measurement frameworks for baseline performance, initiatives, feature releases, and campaigns.
  • Design and maintain clinician-feedback research, including recruitment, recurring sessions, synthesis, and insight distribution.
  • Analyze retention, feature adoption, session behavior, and engagement across individual subscriptions and institutional licenses.
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative findings to shape roadmap priorities, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Analyze the full user journey from marketing awareness through product discovery, engagement, and subscription or licensing decisions.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for product teams and departments.
  • Run cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to explain metric changes, identify user differences, and assess possible interventions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define tracking and instrumentation for features and campaigns.
  • Surface insights proactively, challenge assumptions, and present recommendations to leadership for strategic and roadmap decisions.

Essential qualifications

  • 5+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, user research, or a related analytical role owning business-critical metrics or initiatives.
  • Independent ownership of product-area analytics, including KPI definition, measurement frameworks, decision-driving insights, and influence on what was built.
  • Experience building durable programs such as dashboards, ongoing research cadences, or reporting systems that changed team decisions.
  • Strong SQL skills; independently query product data and work with event data, telemetry, and imperfect instrumentation.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous product questions into analyses and actionable insights.
  • Experience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, cohorts, and usage patterns.
