- JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - RU to lead procurement operations within the Russian Unit.
- This pivotal role involves managing procurement activities, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, and ensuring the delivery of goods and services in alignment with project and organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with project teams to meet procurement needs effectively and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in procurement processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the Russian Unit's requirements
- Manage end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and align procurement activities accordingly
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations within RU operations
- Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Russian market
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier negotiation
- Experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
