Senior Procurement Executive

• to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations through effective procurement coordination, vendor management, logistics support, and compliance administration.
• In this role, you will:
• Process and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and purchasing requirements.
• Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, evaluation, and maintenance of supplier records.
• Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid invitations, and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation within SAP and other SCM systems.
• Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Support compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and QHSE standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of SCM operations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics functions.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of procurement processes.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a proactive "can-do" approach and strong commitment to delivering quality results.
