Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for MEP materials, equipment, and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QS, Finance, and Site teams to meet project requirements.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement complies with project specifications and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience in MEP construction or projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and the UAE market.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- ERP or procurement-system experience is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
