Senior Procurement Director

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the organisation's procurement function and strategy across Real Estate and Construction activities
• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 procurement professionals
• Drive best-practice procurement governance and commercial performance
• Lead major procurement initiatives, negotiations and supplier relationships with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Work closely with executive leadership to deliver value, efficiency and risk management across the supply chain Preferred Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 20 years' procurement experience – significant Real Estate or Construction experience is strongly preferred, though candidates from other complex, high-value sectors will be considered
• At least 5 years operating at executive or senior leadership level
• Proven experience leading procurement teams and complex procurement programmes
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability
• Experience working in large or complex organisations
• Middle East experience would be advantageous Who this role would suit This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Senior Procurement Director or CPO-level leader with deep experience in Real Estate or Construction, and a proven ability to lead and elevate a high-performing procurement function. Reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing a team of 8–10 procurement professionals, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening procurement governance and delivering commercial value across significant organisational spend. This role would suit an experienced Procurement Director or CPO-level leader with a strong Real Estate or Construction background, looking to play a strategic role within a growing organisation.
