We are looking for a **Senior Procurement and Vendor Manager** who can take ownership of our sourcing strategy and supplier ecosystem.
You will lead procurement operations, negotiate high value contracts, and ensure supplier performance aligns with business goals.
You will act as a key decision maker, balancing cost efficiency, quality, and risk management across all procurement activities.

Procurement Strategy
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliability
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service levels
Contract Negotiation
Lead negotiations for pricing terms and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes
Cost Control And Analysis
Monitor procurement budgets analyze spending trends and identify cost saving opportunities
Risk Management
Assess supplier risks and ensure contingency plans are in place for critical operations
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with logistics operations and finance teams to align procurement with business needs
Experience
6+ years in procurement supply chain or vendor management
At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of logistics supply chain operations and vendor sourcing
Skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical and decision making ability
Systems
Experience with ERP systems procurement tools and supplier management platforms
Communication
Strong stakeholder management and ability to present strategies to senior leadership
Mindset
Results driven practical and focused on delivering measurable business value
